Saturday March 26 Isla San Francisco to San Evaristo
We had a leisurely morning on this large crescent beach, and departed at 1400 hours for the 9 nm sail to San Elvaristo, yet another captivating anchorage. Luckily the sw winds prevailed, helping push us along. We spent the evening as the sole customers at Lupe Sierra and Maggi Mae’s beach restaurant porch
, watching the water glow from red through rainbow colors to blue. It’s the perfect picture of a small sleepy Mexican beach fishing village. And it’s also one of the finest restaurants I’ve ever sat/ate in.
